Elisabeth Meda defines her style as classic and sophisticated. Her interiors are traditional, but with a touch of eclecticism—a blend of old and new, with scrupulous attention to detail. Her ability to mix styles and periods, and infuse her interiors with antiques and unique one-of-a kind pieces create interesting, personalized spaces. Traditional, French and English pieces, along with soft contemporary art and accessories, are the hallmarks of her designs. Her interiors reflect the aspirations and personalities of her clients, and her knowledge and understanding of history, architecture, proportion color and light support her design aesthetic. Elegant and original, her design style is timeless.
Elisabeth started her own firm, located in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. Prior to starting her own firm, she was a senior designer at Kennedy & Company, and worked on projects including private residences, country clubs, yachts, and executive offices. Completed projects include those in Michigan, Colorado, and Florida. She has been in the interior design field for over twenty five years, and prior to working on her own and for Kennedy & Company, was an associate with the late Brian Killian. She received her B.A. in Interior Design from Michigan State University.
